RE: 2837 NE Vivion Rd FILE: CD-CLN-2026-00026 Pursuant to Section 88-610, Code of General Ordinances, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Zoning Adjustment, it has been determined that a Certificate of Legal Nonconformance is provisionally UNDER REVIEW for: To allow the continued use of used auto sales in a B2-2 zoned district. This is first allowed in a B2-2 zoned district with a Special Use Permit. This decision will become final if not appealed to the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
