CD-CPC-2026-00154 A request to approve a Development Plan in District R-80 (Residential) and R-7.5 (Residential) on about 115 acres generally located at 3003 NE 108th St, allowing for the creation of a sports field and residential home. CD-CPC-2026-00161 A request to approve a major amendment to a previously approved Master Planned Development in District MPD on about 24 acres generally located on the south side of Northwest Tiffany Springs Road approximately 700 feet west of North Platte Purchase Drive allowing for the creation of 306 residential units and 3 commercial buildings. CD-CPC-2026-00166 A request to approve a rezoning from R-0.3 (Residential) to B3-5 (Community Business) for an existing hotel on about 3.7 acres generally located at 401 Ward Pkwy. CD-CPC-2026-00169 A request to amend the Midtown/Plaza Area Plan from Residential Urban Density to Mixed Use Community for an existing hotel on about 3.6 generally located at 401 Ward Parkway. CD-SUP-2026-00052 A request to approve a special use permit in District R-1.5/R-2.5 to allow for the expansion of an existing school on about 32 acres generally located at the northwest corner of Van Brunt Boulevard and East 20th Street. CD-SUP-2026-00058 A request to approve a special use permit for used vehicle sales in a B3-2 district on about 0.93 acres generally located at 11720 Blue Ridge Blvd. CD-SUP-2026-00061 A request to approve a Special Use Permit to allow temporary outdoor storage in district M1-5 on about 23 acres generally located at the northeast corner of Andrews Road and Botts Road (14951 Botts Road). CD-SUP-2026-00063 A request to approve a Special Use Permit to allow a hotel adjacent to a designated Boulevard within a B3-5 (proposed) zoning district on about 3.6 acres generally located at 401 Ward Pkwy.
