A request for a Zoning Map Amendment of various properties to R-5 Multifamily Residential District as follows: 1000 North Kirkwood Road (B-3 to R-5); 110 East Maple Avenue (R-4 to R-5); 114 East Maple Avenue (R-4 to R-5); 115 East Sarah Avenue (R-4 to R-5); and 119 East Sarah Avenue (R-4 to R-5). 2. A request for a Zoning Map Amendment of various properties to R-5 Multifamily Residential District as follows: 1001 North Kirkwood Road (B-3 to R-5); 1015 North Kirkwood Road (B-3 to R-5); 102 West Maple Avenue (B-3 to R-5); 106 West Maple Avenue (B-3 to R-5); 119 West Sarah Avenue (R-4 to R-5); and 123 West Sarah Avenue (R-4 to R-5). 3. A request for a Zoning Map Amendment to R-5 Multifamily Residential District for the property at 960 North Kirkwood Road (B-3 to R-5).
