CITY OF CREVE COEUR PROPOSITION G Four-Sevenths Majority Required Shall the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $14,000,000 for the purpose of demolishing the existing 75-year-old Government Center and designing, constructing, furnishing, and equipping a new Government Center on the same property? If this proposition is approved, the debt service levy of the city is expected to remain unchanged at the current levy of $0.082 per one hundred dollars assessed valuation of real and personal property.
