NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the City of Clayton, Missouri at 5:30 p.m Monday, October 5, 2026, at City Hall, 10 N. Bemiston Ave, Clayton, Missouri, and via ZOOM (details to be posted at www.claytonmo.gov) for each of the following items: A Rezoning and Text Amendment for revisions to the City's Zoning Map and Land Use Code, repealing Chapter 405, Articles XII through XVII, and Article XXIV, replacing them with a new Chapter 405, Article XII (Residential Zoning Districts) and Article XIII (Residential Infill Design Guidelines). At said hearing interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. The proposed Text Amendment can be viewed on the City's website at www.claytonmo.gov/PendingApplications.
