CITY OF FLORISSANT Public HearingIn accordance with 405.125 of the Florissant Zoning Code a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of Florissant, MO. in the Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois, on Monday September 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. on the following proposition: To authorize a Special Use for KR Partners Florissant, LLC d/b/a Smalls Sliders, LC to allow for a quick-service restaurant with dual drive-through service located at 14260 New Halls Ferry in a 'B-3' Extensive Business District. Citizens will have an opportunity to be heard.
