NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a variance from the City's zoning regulations on September 22, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. The public hearing will be held at the Warson Woods City Hall, 10015 Manchester Road, Warson Woods, Missouri 63122. The applicant, John McKee and Teddi McKee, have requested a variance to install a twenty-four-foot by sixteen-foot gabled roof structure with roof tie in at 382 Gascony Way, Warson Woods, Missouri 63122. Specifically, they are seeking a variance from the rear yard setback requirements set forth in the Municipal Code of the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, Section 415.030(A)(2). Any and all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing. The Board of Adjustment will consider the request in accordance with the standards set forth in the City's zoning code and applicable state law.
