Notice of Public Hearing (Case Number: CUP-26-03)Notice is hereby given that the Plan Commission of University City will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:30 pm virtually via Zoom, to consider CUP-26-03, an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of a ground floor building space for a land use other than retail sales in the Core Commercial ("CC") Zoning District located at 6346 and 6360 Delmar Boulevard.
