Proposals will be received by the City Clerk, Arnold City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri, 63010, until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 25th, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Fleet Management System Software Proposal" in the lower left-hand corner. A description of the scope of services desired and related proposal requirements are available on or after Friday, August 7th at Arnold City Hall, 2101 Jeffco Blvd, or by calling City Clerk, Tammi Casey at 636-296-2100. All proposals shall be made in duplicate. The City of Arnold hereby reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal or proposals that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City of Arnold, Missouri.
