NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGAll persons are hereby notified that Black Jack City Council will conduct a hearing to determine whether the properties located at 12641 Parktrails Lane, Black Jack, Missouri 63033, and 12750 Old Halls Ferry Road, Black Jack, Missouri 63033 are in violations of dangerous buildings ordinances. The hearing will be held on September 1, 2026, at 7:00 pm at Black Jack City Hall, 12500 Old Jamestown Road, Black Jack, Missouri 63033. Any owners, occupants, mortgagees, lessees, agents and all other persons with interests in the properties have a right to attend and to present evidence in opposition of the City prosecutor's charges that said properties are in dangerous conditions, which includes, but not limited to: large amount of debris, trash, paper, junk, and other miscellaneous items that creates a fire hazard for public safety.
