LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURINotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ladue will hold a Public Hearing on a recommendation submitted by the Zoning and Planning Commission that the City Council deny the General Development Plan for a Planned Development District at the consolidated "Rock Hill Quarries" property (1200, 1233, 1324, 1341 N. Rock Hill Rd and 2577 S. McKnight Rd). Planned Development District would include a mixed-use building with 235 residential apartments and 9,000 square feet of commercial space with structured parking and 42 single-family residential lots. Property is about 50 acres in size and is currently zoned H Industrial and D Residential. The Hearing will be held at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be properly heard, on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Ladue Horton Watkins High School Auditorium, 1201 S. Warson Road, Ladue, MO 63124. The Hearing will be open to the public and any person interested in the proceedings will be given an opportunity to be heard. Pursuant to Section 610.022 RSMo., the City Council could vote to close the public meeting and move to executive session to discuss matters relating to litigation, legal actions and/or communications from the City Attorney as provided under section 610.021 (1) RSMo.
