JULY 22, 2026 – 6:30 PM1. A request for a variance by Clarence Olsen, architect on behalf of Andrew and Kristin Evola, owners at 1315 Breezeridge Dr., to construct a roof addition over a patio that would encroach twenty-six feet (26') into the rear yard setback establishing a new rear yard setback of fourteen feet (14'). Residential Zoning District B requires a rear yard setback of forty feet (40').
