(Bax Engineering) An application to rezone a 5.85 acres (more or less) tract of land, known as 936, 940, and 948 Hemsath Road, from "C-2" General Business District to "PD-C" Planned Development - Commercial District. (Larson Development, LLC) An application to rezone an 8.39-acre (more or less) tract of land located at 1704, 1710 & 1712 Muegge Road from "R-3A" Multiple-Family Residential District to "PD-R" Planned Development - Residential District for a proposed 50-unit attached townhome development. The subject property is located in Ward 5. This application was TABLED at the June 8, 2026 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. 13. Case No. TA-2026-03. (City of St. Charles) An application to amend Chapter 400 Zoning Code of the Code of Ordinances, specifically to permit "recreational vehicle storage" within the "C-2" General Business District.
