NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION DECLARATION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE/DANGEROUS BUILDING Property Location: 2287 Piper Dr, Arnold, MO 63010 The hearing shall be held at Arnold City Hall located at 2101 Jeffco Blvd., at 9:00 AM on July 13, 2026.The aforementioned property has been determined to be a Public Nuisance/ Dangerous Building in accordance with Section 220.520 of the Arnold Code of Ordinances. Sections 220.540 and 220.550 require that the City of Arnold order the structure be brought into compliance or removed. If the dangerous building or structure can reasonably be repaired or maintained so that it will no longer exist in violation of the terms of this Article, it shall be ordered so repaired or maintained. Any person affected by this notice must comply with this notice. In accordance with Section 220.580, a hearing is to be held to hear from the property owner/representative. The hearing shall be held in the Office of the Building Commissioner, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., at 9:00 AM on July 13, 2026. Any interested party affected by this notice will be given the opportunity to speak. The determination or finding of a dangerous building according to 220.520 will result in compliance with the International Residential Code or in the issuance of a Demolition Order by the City of Arnold. Any costs associated with abatement or razing and removing structure(s) from the property will be certified to the City Clerk who will file a special tax bill against the property.
