NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Valley Park, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2026, in the Board Room of City Hall, 55 Crescent Ave, Valley Park, Missouri 63088 to consider a Zoning Map Amendment for Cordes Properties, Inc., to rezone two properties located at 810 Leonard Avenue and 822 Leonard Avenue from R-2 Single-Family Residential District to I-1 Light Industrial District. At said hearing, interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
