NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETINGThe City of Jennings will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 16th, 2026, at 6:00PM at Jennings City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments in favor of, or opposed to, the following: · Request for a LOT CONSOLIDATION and site review of: 6344 Garesche Street, Saint Louis MO 63136 of Lots 3, 4, and 5 in Block 30 of Jennings Heights for Star Residences III of by the request of the petitioner LMAC Holdings LLC aka the owner Mr. Lewis McKinney Jennings City Hall 2120 Hord Avenue Jennings, MO 63136 PUBLIC COMMENTS ARE INVITED ON THE ABOVE REQUESTS.
