Cause No. 2522-FC02034APPLICATION AND ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION OF NOTICEThe Petitioner, Holly Vogel, by and through attorneys, Ramona A. Gau, Esq., and Marler Law Partners, state:
Service cannot be obtained upon Respondent, Natalia Vogel under Rules 54.12 (b), 54.13, 54.14 or 54.16 for the reason that service has been attempted by a Special Process Server on several occasions with three separate summons at multiple addresses in multiple states, but service has not been obtained. A private investigator was hired by Petitioner for the sole purpose of allocating Respondent for service. Phone calls have been made to Respondent's known cellular phone, as well as text messages and emails attempting to make contact with Respondent and to notify Respondent of the proceedings.
The last known address for Respondent, Natalia Vogel, is 3314 California Ave., St. Louis, MO 63118. Most recent attempts to serve Respondent have also been made at 435 Dylan Drive, Oxnard CA 93033. where Respondent was found to have been staying.
The Petitioner, pursuant to Rule 54.12, requests that an Order be entered for Service by Publication in The St. Louis Daily Record.
The newspaper shall send proof of publication to the Circuit Clerk of St. Louis City, Missouri.
