NOTICENOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI FOR AN ORDINANCE VACATING A TRACT OF LAND identified as a tract of land being part of Wings Corporate Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 356 Page 79-81 of the St. Louis County records. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1105.120 St. Louis County Revised Ordinances, 1974, as amended, that a petition for the vacation of the following: A tract of land being part of Wings Corporate Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 356 Page 79-81 of the St. Louis County records, located in U.S. Survey 133, Township 45 North, Range 3 East, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: A 10' wide drainage and utility easement being the northerly 10 feet of Lot 17, 18, and 19 of 1 said Wings Corporate Estates, the south line of which being parallel with and 10 feet distant from the north boundary line of said Lots 17, 18, and 19. A 15' wide drainage and utility easement being the southerly 15 feet of Lots 11, 12, and 13 of of said Wings Corporate Estates, the north line of which being parallel with and 15 feet distant from the south boundary line of said Lots 11, 12, and 13, with the north and south lines of said easement terminating at the west line of a 10' wide sanitary sewer easement located within Lot 13 as shown on said Plat Book 356 Page 80. A 10' wide drainage and utility easement, the south line of which being the south boundary line of Lots 9 and 10 and the southeast boundary line of Lot 11 of said Wings Corporate Estates, and the north line of which being parallel with and 10 feet distant from the above described line, with both north and south lines terminating in the east at the intersection with the west line of a 5' wide utility easement being the easterly 5 feet of Lot 9 as shown on said Plat Book 356 Page 80, and terminating in the west at the intersection with a 15' wide drainage and utility easement being the southerly 15 feet of Lot 11 as shown on said Plat Book 369 Page 80. Two 5' wide utility easements coincident with and on each side of the common boundary line of Lots 12 and 13 of said Wings Corporate Estates, terminating in the north at the south line of a 10" wide roadway maintenance and utility easement within Lots 12 and 13 as shown on Deed Book 17459 Page 2669, and terminating in the south at the north line of a 15' wide drainage and utility easement located within Lots 11, 12, and 13 as shown on said Plat Book 369 Page 80. Two 5' wide utility easements coincident with and on each side of the common boundary line of Lots 17 and 18 of said Wings Corporate Estates, terminating in the north at the south line of a 10' wide drainage and utility easement located within Lots 17 and 18 as shown on Plat Book 369 Page 80, and terminating in the south at the intersection of a 10' wide roadway maintenance and utility easement located within Lots 17 and 18 as shown on Deed Book 17459 Page 2669. has been filed with the St. Louis County Clerk by Jimmy Mason, Vice President of Wings Corporate Estates Park LLC and that all persons interested in the above described easements have thirty (30) days from the date of this publication in which to give notice in writing of their opposition to said petition which shall be filed with the St. Louis County Clerk. After thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, the St. Louis County Council may vacate these easements as described in the petition by ordinance with such restrictions as they may deem for the public good.
