Notice is hereby given that the City of Bridgeton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the Bridgeton Government Center located at 12355 Natural Bridge Road, Bridgeton, Missouri, on the following: 26-PZ-15 Request to Amend Special Use Permit (Ordinance 25-37) permitting a clean earth landfill located at 13795 & 13815 Ferguson Lane, to amend the conditions of approval as it relates to project phasing and the length of time allowed for completion of the clean earth landfill project located at 13860 Ferguson Lane, as provided in the Zoning Ordinance Appendix IV-II, Planned Manufacturing Districts, M-3(r) District, Section 10.h.
