Notice of Public Hearing (Case Number: REZ-26-01)Notice is hereby given that the City Council of University City will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28 at 6:30 pm in the 5th Floor Council Chambers at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, to consider REZ-26-01, an application for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone a parcel of land located at 6801 Raymond Avenue from General Commercial (GC) to Limited Residential (LR).
