CITY OF FLORISSANT Public HearingIn accordance with 405.125 of the Florissant Zoning Code a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of Florissant, MO. in the Council Chambers, 955 rue St. Francois, on Monday August 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. on the following proposition: A request from Dr. Sarah Brisco d/b/a Inspire Change Academy LLC to operate a daycare center in a 'B-3' Extensive Business District located at 1930 N. Hwy 67. Citizens will have an opportunity to be heard.
