PUBLIC HEARING NOTICEThe City of Manchester Board of Aldermen (BOA) shall hold a public hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester Justice Center, 200 Highlands Boulevard Drive, to consider the following: CASE NUMBER - PC-26-SUP-003, a Special Use Permit to allow the use of 120 Henry Avenue as an office with associated vehicle bays for an automobile service in the C-1 Commercial Zoning District. This consideration by the BOA is for zoning approval only. It is not a building permit. Separate building permits from West County Fire District, St. Louis County, the City of Manchester, and other jurisdictions may be required for any construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, signage and more. It is not an occupancy permit. Separate occupancy permits are required from St. Louis County and the City of Manchester. Interested parties will have the opportunity to make public comments live during the meeting either in-person or by using online video conference software.
