A request for a Zoning Map Amendment from B-4, Planned Commercial District, to B-2, Central Business District, for the property addressed as 422 South Clay Avenue. 2. A request for a Zoning Code Text Amendment regarding clarifications and revisions to multiple sections of the Zoning Code.
