THIS IS CURRENTLY ZONED "R-1" ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT. JMAC DEVELOPMENT HAS REQUESTED IT BE CHANGED TO "C-3 GENERAL COMMERICAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS. THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING JULY 16, 2026, AT 5:30 P.M. ALSO THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING AT THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING JULY 20, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M..
