Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP #26-035 Sanitary Sewer Flow Metering Services" to the City of O'Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, Purchasing Agent, 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366, by 12:00 P.M. CDT, June 10, 2026. There will be no public opening of the proposals. The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularities.
