The St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners (the "Board") seeks qualifications for attorney hearing officers to conduct disciplinary hearings of commissioned officers of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Qualifications must be submitted to the Board's Secretary, Lt. Colin Tully, at 1915 Olive, St. Louis, Missouri 63103 ("Headquarters") or by email to catully@slmpd.org by April 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM ("Close Time"). Qualifications will be opened and reviewed on April 20, 2026 at 1 PM at Headquarters. Any changes to or withdrawals of submitted qualifications must be submitted in writing by Close Time. The Board intends to select at least five hearing officers to form a pool of hearing officers. The Board currently uses form Special Counsel agreements which contain malpractice insurance requirements.
