You are hereby noticed that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri, the object and general nature of which is a
PETITION TO QUIET TITLE
Fifty-eight hundredths (0.58) of an acre being part of a larger tract of 2.16 acres in the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14 Township 40 North, Range 4 East conveyed to Earl Johnson and wife to Lucy Keith by deed dated October 18, 1962 recorded in Book 336 page 169 of the Jefferson County Missouri Land Records, described as follows; Beginning at the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed by Kellison to Huskey by deed dated May 24, 1952 recorded in Book 202 page 394 of the aforesaid records; said point being in the center of the County Road; proceed thence with the center of said County Road, North 7 degrees 15 minutes West 117.05 feet, thence departing from the center of said County Road and running North 87 degrees 40 minutes East 244.34 feet to a point in the Eastern boundary line of said larger 2.16 acre tract, thence South 1 degrees East 94.95 feet to the Northeast corner of the above mentioned tract conveyed to Huskey; thence South 82 degrees 16 minutes West 233.2 feet to the place of beginning.
