LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURINotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ladue will hold a Public Hearing on a recommendation submitted by the Zoning and Planning Commission that the City Council approve a text amendment to Zoning Ordinance (#1175) regarding Planned Development Districts. (Ordinance affects potential development of the property at 1200 and 1233 N. Rock Hill Rd., which is currently zoned Industrial.) The Hearing will be held at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be properly heard, on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Ladue City Hall, 9345 Clayton Road. The Hearing will be open to the public and any person interested in the proceedings will be given an opportunity to be heard. Pursuant to Section 610.022 RSMo., the City Council could vote to close the public meeting and move to executive session to discuss matters relating to litigation, legal actions and/or communications from the City Attorney as provided under section 610.021 (1) RSMo.
