NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGNOTICE is hereby given that in conformity with the provisions of Section 245.060 and Section 245.070 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, a meeting of the owners of real estate or other property in Missouri Bottoms Levee - Bridgeton Subdistrict is hereby called to be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Bridgeton Community Center, 4201 Fee Fee Road, Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri, for the purposes of: 1. Electing one (1) board member of the Board of Supervisors. NOTICE is further given that at such election, each and every acre of land and each and every mile of right-of-way of every corporation owning a franchise in said District shall represent one share, and each owner shall be entitled to one vote in person or by proxy for every acre of land and mile of right-of-way owned by him in said District. NOTICE is further given that a meeting of the Board of Supervisors may be held immediately thereafter, at which time the Supervisors will elect officers for the following year.
