RE: 4621 NE Vivion Rd FILE: CD-CLN-2025-00011 Pursuant to Section 88-610, Code of General Ordinances, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Zoning Adjustment, it has been determined that a Certificate of Legal Nonconformance is provisionally UNDER REVIEW for: To allow the continued use of a gasoline and fuel sales business that is within 2000 ft of another gasoline and fuel sales business or is within 200 ft of any R-zoned district in conflict with Chapter 88-347, City Ordinance 240861. This use is first allowed in an approved zoning code outside 2000 ft of any other gasoline and fuel sales business and is not within 200 ft of any R-zoned district. This decision will become final if not appealed to the Board of Zoning Adjustment. You have the right to appeal this decision within fifteen (15) days from November 04, 2025.
