BID NOTICEFort Zumwalt School District is soliciting bids for a 2026 HVAC Replacement Project at four (4) locations: North Middle School, Pheasant Point Elementary, Rock Creek Elementary and Westhoff Elementary for the replacement of equipment as specified and to include the mechanical design/build cost on all related electrical and general construction. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting Mrs. Lisa Koester, 636?272?6620. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Board of Education, 555 E. Terra Lane, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366 by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids must be accompanied by 10% bid deposit in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond, and performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidders. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, is to be paid to all workers. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any technicalities therein.
