PUBLIC HEARING NOTICEThe City of Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Eureka City Hall, 120 City Hall Drive, Eureka, Missouri for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following: A. A petition from Jason Rybak, representing Mers/Missouri Goodwill Industries, for a Special Use Permit to operate a resale store with drop-off area at 215 Thresher Drive. B. A petition from Joseph B.
